Residential Surveillance Detection for Legal and Case-Managed Matters

Important Service Notice: NSI Global does not accept direct private residential TSCM instructions from members of the public. NSI Global also does not provide services directly to individuals or entities that are the subject of a law enforcement investigation. Residential surveillance detection matters are considered only where they are referred or instructed by a law firm, government agency, law enforcement body, recognised support organisation, or authorised case officer. In domestic violence, family law, child safety, criminal, civil, or other sensitive matters, NSI Global must deal directly with the lawyer, case officer, investigator, government representative, or authorised agency contact.

Residential surveillance concerns can arise in sensitive legal, family violence, child safety, family law, criminal, civil, or government-managed matters. Due to the evidentiary, safety, privacy, and procedural issues involved, NSI Global does not provide residential TSCM services directly to private individuals.

Where appropriate, NSI Global may assist law firms, law enforcement agencies, government departments, recognised support organisations, and authorised case officers with residential technical surveillance countermeasures. These matters may involve suspected hidden cameras, listening devices, GPS trackers, phone or network interception, spyware concerns, or related unlawful surveillance risks.

These matters may also involve allegations of domestic and family violence, breaches of protection orders, child custody disputes, family law proceedings, estate disputes, workplace-linked threats, or other legally sensitive circumstances. Because these matters may involve evidence preservation, chain of custody, personal safety, legal privilege, and court-related processes, all engagement requests must come through an appropriate lawyer, investigator, case officer, government representative, or authorised referral pathway.

When formally instructed by an appropriate legal, law enforcement, government, or case-managed referral pathway, NSI Global can conduct residential TSCM inspections and related Digital Forensics support throughout Australia to assist with the identification, documentation, and preservation of potential evidence of unlawful surveillance.
