An expert witness’s paramount duty is to the court — not to the party who retains them. That independence is exactly what makes expert evidence valuable: evidence that holds up under cross-examination because it is impartial, methodologically sound, and defensible.
NSI Global provides credible, independent expert witness services to law firms and legal representatives across Australia. Our role is not to advocate for a position, but to give the court clear, factual, and admissible evidence in digital forensics, e-discovery, and information security matters — evidence that withstands scrutiny precisely because it is objective.
Our Expert Witness
NSI Global’s expert witness work is led by Navid Sobbi, who holds a Bachelor of Laws and postgraduate qualifications in Intelligence, Digital Forensics and Counterterrorism and has provided expert evidence in Criminal, Civil, and Family law proceedings. Navid’s fields of accepted expertise include mobile device forensics, computer forensics, e-discovery, cellular tower and location analysis, advanced digital forensics, counterintelligence, international security and transnational crime.
