  3. Am I able to hire an investigator if there is an AVO on me?

    No you can't. If there is an AVO, ADVO, or other court order in place preventing you access to the person you want to investigate, then you are not able to hire an investigator to follow that person.

    We sure can. We have qualified and licensed investigation specialists that understand the legal process and can provide you legally admissible reports and act as an expert witness should the need arise.

  5. Can you use GPS tracking ?

    At NSI we utilise physical private investigation. We do not use GPS trackers as it is a breach of the Surveillance Devices Act, thus making it a offence. Indivials or companies that use these without the persons express or implied knowledge will be breaching this Act.
